Jewellery set is very sturdy and pretty.Amazon service, when you give assurance regarding “one day delivery of product,” make sure that the delivery executives are also aware of that service. Trusting your one day delivery service, we proceed to go ahead with the order and end up getting disappointed along with failed plans and delay.I was seriously upset, when the delivery executives falsely updated that the recipient has failed to attend the call/not available. More over it has happened for the second time.After escalating this issue to the customer service, I got it delivered the next day.Feeling frustrated with each time raising complain and then getting it resolved.Make sure this doesn’t happen repeatedly for the customers.We make plans trusting your one day delivery service and if it gets failed, it really affects our plans.Rare mistakes are acceptable but frequent and consequetive ones are really unacceptable. We will later mistrust your service and assurance.
